ThriveHuman with Jai

Remember who you are. Practise who you’re becoming.

You may know what you want to change and still find yourself repeating the same pattern. Or the life you worked hard to build may no longer feel like your own.

Coaching, training & consultation for human potential, emotional fitness, and embodied change.

Who it's for

For people in the middle of a meaningful transition.

Athletes facing life beyond sport. Founders whose company has outgrown the person who started it — or the other way round. Creators between projects. Anyone sensing that an old role no longer fits, and not yet sure what's next.

Your calling remains yours to discover. My role is to offer attention, structure, honest reflection and encouragement — so you can explore what matters, notice what interrupts your intentions, and bring insight into everyday life.

What we work with

01

Patterns & self-sabotage

Perhaps you postpone a meaningful decision, abandon a commitment, or fall into a familiar response under pressure. We explore when a pattern appears, what it's trying to protect, and what a different choice might look like.

02

Emotional fitness

Noticing what you feel, how you respond and what supports you in a difficult moment — and bringing curiosity to the emotional capacities you want to strengthen, the way you'd train any other capacity.

03

Embodied action

Choosing one meaningful next step, trying it in everyday life and returning to what you learned. Insight becomes useful through practice, reflection and adjustment.

A starting point for our conversation

Notice. Choose. Practise. Reflect.

Bring what matters to you and where you feel stuck. Together we find a useful focus, an appropriate way of working, and how you'd recognise progress.

  1. Notice

What's happening — in your situation, your body, your habitual responses.

  2. Choose

What matters here, and one deliberate step you can stand behind.

  3. Practise

Try it in real life, imperfectly, between conversations.

  4. Reflect

Return to what you learned and adjust the next step.

Coaching, training and consultation are scoped individually. We agree availability, format and fees before committing — there are no pre-set packages.

Questions

Fit & next steps

Who is this for?

People exploring human potential and meaningful change — including athletes navigating life beyond sport, founders, creators, and anyone questioning an old role or direction. We begin with you as an individual, not a fixed label.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-focused support for reflection, choice and practice. It isn't a substitute for medical or mental-health care, and if something you're facing calls for that kind of support, I'll say so honestly.

What are your qualifications?

My approach draws on lived experience, training and learning through practice. I'm currently working toward certification in several coaching approaches. I'll always be clear about which approaches I'm trained in and which I'm still learning.

How much does it cost, and what's the format?

There are no fixed packages. Coaching, training and consultation are scoped individually — we agree format, availability and fees together before anything begins.

What happens after I get in touch?

I'll reply to talk about your intentions and the kind of support that would be useful. If it feels like a fit for both of us, we'll agree the details. If not, I'm happy to point you somewhere better suited.

I'm inviting Jai to speak — is this the right place?

Speaking and media enquiries have their own route, so they don't get mixed up with coaching. Use the Speaking & media option on the Connect form.
